After installing the PenMount USB driver in Linux, touch and calibration works normally, the cursor is not accurate during touch input. How do I resolve this problem?
The reason that touch input continues to function after unplugging and reconnecting the PenMount USB device or switching USB ports, is because the Linux inbox HID driver is driving the PenMount USB device and not the PenMount driver. Therefore, touch input is inaccurate and PenMount calibration cannot be used. Linux only began completely supporting hot plugging and hot swapping after X window version 1.5. If this Linux version is paired with PenMount Linux driver V3.6.1. or later, hot plugging and hot swapping will be supported. If you face some problems with the calibration function, please install PenMount Ubuntu 10.04 driver V3.0.2, it fixes calibration issues.
